“Sajian Istimewa Kampungku at the Hotel Sentral”
 

Hotel Sentral presents “Sajian Istimewa Kampungku”, an opportunity to share with family and friends a culinary journey of Malaysian Kampung favourites for berbuka puasa as you relax adjacent to the beautiful city view on level 5 Starmint Coffee house. With 6 Live Stalls and 7 rotating menus, Executive Chef Azmi promises more than 80 traditional kampung delicacies to cater for the diners gastronomical needs.

For starters, head for the wide selections of local salad and appetizers such as kerabu pucuk paku, kerabu perut, pasembur, tempoyak, rojak buah and acar. Other selections from the daily main courses selections includes gulai ayam kelio, daging masak dendeng, gulai nenas ikan masin, ayam kuzi, rending tok, sayur oseng oseng, siput sedut masak lemak cili padi, rendang limpa, udang goreng berempah, telur itik masak lemak, sotong goreng kunyit, bubur lambuk and many more. More goodies are in store at the action counters which offers grilled seafood comprising of prawns, crabs, fish and stingray, assorted satay with condiments, char kueh teow from noodles corner, murtabak and roti canai, sharwarma and assam laksa Johor, which is famous for its blended ikan tengiri and condiments.  

To round off a hearty meal, check out our dessert counter to relish the varieties such as sago gula Melaka, ice cream station, assorted Malay kuih, pengat and pastries. There’s also a selection of thirst quenchers to refresh yourself after a long fasting hours such as sirap bandung, sugar cane, soya bean, ice longan, cincau, teh tarik and ‘ABC’ which is definitely irresistable.

The berbuka puasa buffet at Hotel Sentral is available from 22 August, - 18th September 2009 from 7.00pm to 10.00pm at only RM 48.00 ++ per person. Senior citizen get to break fast at   RM 28.00 ++ while children 5-12 years old get to dine at RM 24.00 ++ per person. A special offer of 20% will be given to early bird bookings for the first week of Ramadan. For the convenience of muslim guests, prayer rooms are available.
